            2. Select TELIUM MANAGER
            3. Select 5 - Initialization
            4. Select 2 - Hardware
            5. Select 4 - Cradle
            6. Select 1 - Association
            7. Select 1 - New Base
            8. Place PDQ on Cradle - association should occur automatically
