Please see below the steps to change the price band shift when a membership card is swiped;
You would need to set the pricing in the back office and download this to the system before carrying out the steps below.
The following instructions should only be carried out on terminal 1. (terminal number is displayed at top right of the screen)
1. From the sign on screen press EXIT
2. Type in 999 as the server and press ENTER
3. Type in 1397 as the password and press ENTER
4. Select UTILITIESSelect USER PROGRAMS
5. Select SHARP POS MANAGER V4 - the tills internal back office will now loa
6. Press OK when 'connecting to local server' is displaye
7. Press OK when the login box is displayed (username = va, password = blank
8. Along the top of the screen select CONFIGURE
9. From the drop down list select LOYALTY (6th from the top)
This will now display a list of the different memberships you have (4 in total)
10. At the bottom of the screen select FULL MEMBERSHIP - this will highlight the row and display the information at the top of the screen
11. Select the ACTIONS tab along the top of the box
12. Currently the PRICE BAND will be set to PRICE BAND 2 - Select the drop down box and select PRICE BAND 3
13. Press UPDATE at the bottom of the box
Repeat steps 10-13 for each membership type (life membership, hon. membership and on hold) Ensure UPDATE is pressed after each change.
14. Once finished press CLOSE followed by FILE (along the top) and EXIT from the drop down box
15. Press BACK
16. Press TRADING
If you then swipe/touch a members card you should see along the bottom of the screen it should display a green B3 (denoting the till is working in price band 3 mode)
