- On the till tap on program mode and enter code 2552 then go to all prog
- Then go to PLU and select 7 Mix & Match
- Select Mix & Match Type 2 and choose the next empty slot to create an offer
- You will then see a screen that looks like this.
The Descriptor field is what the offer is called
The Operation Type field has different options for how you want the offer to work
Discount amount is where you set how much money you want to come off when the set items are ordered.
Discount % is where you set how much as a percentage you want to be taken off
Set price is where you choose what you want the new reduced price to be
Qty rqd for bucket 1-5 is where you select how many items from this bucket are needed for the discount to apply.
The Amount section is where you would put how much you want it to discount it by. This changes depending on what you have the operation type set to.
For example if the operation type is set to set price the amount section will change to what you want the discounted price to be.
Include 2nd and 3rd @ items? is where to toggle whether you want different sizes of the same item to also get discounted by the same amount. For example if you wanted to have a discount on a pint Heineken but didn't want to have the same discount on the half pint size then you would toggle this setting to no.
The Start date and End date is when you want the offer to start and where you want it to end.
If you toggle the only available in this time range to Yes then you will see more options appear for when the offer will apply. For example if you wanted an offer to only be on Saturdays after 12 pm, then you would change the start time range to 1200 and the end time range to when you shut. You would also change the applies to Saturday to Yes.
This is a list of where you can enter what products you want to be included in the offer.
Once you put a product in one of the slots another option will appear called Applies to Bucket No this is where you select what bucket you want this product to be in.
