Backing up till software steps

1. Folder is located in c: drive > icrtouch folder

2. Should use 7zip to zip folder as a lot of data can be stored = takes a long time to zip up

3. Copy program to your own PC

4. Unzip to a location (normally set it sitename.icrtouch)

5. Remove network.buf file from sitename.icrtouch folder - this is the software license file for the till - only remove this from your backup, not the site

6. Open the program and remove the tak key - this removes the site from the customers back office

- 2 system programming
- 10 system configuration
- ICRTOUCH Connect - ACCESS KEY - Set to a random number, e.g 1 and SITE ID = set to 999
