1. On the till go to program mode -> all prog -> system configuration.
2. Scroll down until you see the settings for Access key and Site ID.
3a. If you want to remowve the till from TouchOffice Web then change the Access key to 1 and the Site ID to 99
3b. If you want to add this till to TouchOffice Web then you need to find out what the Access key is. To do this go to tillconfig.net and login.
4. Once you are logged in you will see underneath Other settings there is Terminal access key.
5. When you click this you will see the access key that is needed to connect the till to that TouchOffice Web account.
6. Type this key into the section on the till for the Access key, and give it the Site ID you want.
7. Site ID also has to match the TOW account to the till. For example, if the site ID on TOW of the new site that you have just added is 1, you will then have to go match that on the till settings under System Configuration.
