TouchOffice Enterprise: FTP Client Config

On the till

1. Copy ICRTouch FTP folder from Dropbox onto C drive of master terminal
2. Copy ICRTouch FTP config file from site folder on Dropbox to master till
3. Copy ICRTouch FTP shortcut into shell:startup directory on master till
4. Launch software and confirm correct settings are showing in Configuration tab, such as Site Username and FTP Server address on master till. Test the Get PGM Data button and ensure the program connects to pub.ftp.ebm-ltd.co.uk all OK
5. Add firewall rule on ALL TILLS through Windows Firewall with Advanced Security to allow remote downloads from 92.26.84.243 on all programs, ports, protocols.
6. Delete the EXTERNAL STOCK button from the PAYMENT screen

On the router

1. Log on to router, confirm correct router is being accessed by cross-referencing broadband username (under Network Setting -> Broadband) with the POS Information document
2. Once confirmed, under Network Setting -> NAT, go to the Port Forwarding tab
3. If there are any existing EPROM till download rules (on port 49152) these can be overwritten as they are no longer in use
4. Create a rule with external port 30101, directing to port 5555 internally.
   Port 30102 for till 2
   Port 30103 for till 3 and so on, all directing to port 5555 internally
5. Once created, verify the ENABLED light is lit on the table

On the FTP - TouchOffice

1. Under Branch Details select the appropriate site
2. Check the appropriate number of connected terminals
3. Check that the FTP Server path is set to the correct C:\ICRTills\**** path
4. Under Advanced, enter the Remote/External IP address for the site into the table, along with the port, following example:
   #1 - 92.26.84.243:30101
   #2 - 92.26.84.243:30102
