Multi Site - new site setup

1. Grab icrtouch folder backup from a site on the same account

2. Create new site on tillconfig and add terminal to the site

3. Unzip icrtouch.zip on to till and ensure site ID is changed

4. Do a no sale to make sure it uploads to correct site

We now want to ensure pricing on site level in TOW matches the till pricing.

5. Run a PLU Detail export at the site level where you took a copy of icrtouch folder and save it in sites dropbox folder

6. Open and save it as a .xlsx file

7.  Remove the records where the description is a number as we don't need to import the spare products.

highlight the description column > along top of home press select find & select > go to special > tick constants and tick numbers (untick all others)

This will highlight all rows in the description column containing a number

along top of home press down arrow next to delete and choose "delete sheet rows"

8. Remove Food section which is generally 5000 - 7999

9. Remove all columns, except:

All Price Levels

List PLU 1

@qty1,2,3,4

alt text x 2

and save as .csv

10. Import to site level

11. Clear out mix and match 2 on touchpoint
