Enabling Windows Remote Desktop

In the scenario that we cannot get TeamViewer access to a multi-till site but the till is online.

We can use Windows Remote Desktop from another till to access the problem till to resolve the TeamViewer issue



1. Within the Start Menu search for Remote Desktop


2. Select Remote Desktop Settings


3. Toggle this ON
