Unitech HT630 (Premier Dec Scanner) Boot Instructions

Please see below instructions for your handheld scanner. Please note never select COLD START on the menu as this will mean the unit will wipe all its memory. The device would then have to be returned to us to be re-programmed.

BIOS DISPLAYED ON SCREEN

1. Press and hold CMD for 2 seconds
2. Select RUN
3. ECR.EXE should be highlighted, press ENT

This should now load back in to the home screen of the scanner

SCANNER NOT RESPONDING

1. Make sure unit is powered off via the red power button
2. Hold down the LEFT ARROW, CMD and then press the POWER BUTTON
3. Select WARM START
4. The BIOS SCREEN should be displayed
5. Press and hold CMD for 2 seconds
6. Select RUN
7. ECR.EXE should be highlighted, press ENT
