Restart Credit Card App Script

1. Place Etal Script in etal folder
2. Place Batch file in icrtouch/batch folder
3. Create a 'launch batch file status' key on record 534 and set the batch number to 07 (name of batch file)
4. Create an status etal script key and set it to '32'
5. Place the etal script key on the managers screen

Open the batch file and ensure the last line is pointing to the location of the paymentsense app.

Test the button, you should see the app close and when you look on task bar it should have two paymentsense app icons (hovering the mouse over them will cause the app icon to disappear)
