Grab latest pay at counter and pay at table apps from forum


V3 Counter

Install into c:/icrtouch/v3counter for pay at counter

Set a defaultpdq with a tid - should be in the email from dojo - may need to contact site/customer if they have multiple dojo machines to see which one they would like to use



V3 Table

install into c:/icrtouch/v3table for pay at table ON MASTER ONLY IF MULTIPLE TILLS


Input API Details into config file that has been supplied by dojo

ensure socketpassword is set to 1397 

All other settings can be changed from interface



Scripts/Batch File for auto re-launch

In c:/ebm create a scripts folder;


In Dropbox\PC BASED\Batch\Auto-Re-Launch, copy:


Touchpoint - this keeps an eye on if touchpoint is running and reopens it if it is closed

V3 Counter - for tills running v3counter (keeps an eye that it is running

V3 Table - for tills running v3table (MASTER only)


Within the above folders, right click on the batch file and send to > create desktop (shortcut)


Move these shortcuts to startup folder and delete the touchpoint launcher and any previous card machine shortcuts etc.


These shortcuts should run as minimised, since customers tend to close them. 

To do this, Right click the shortcut -> Properties -> Run -> Set this to "Minimised".



CLOSE TOUCHPOINT AND CARD MACHINE APPS IF RUNNING


Run each shortcut as a test and it should load, touchpoint, v3 counter in tray and v3table in tray. No errors should display.



TOUCHPOINT

On the pay screen, set the "Credit Card" button to be EFT.


On the Manager screen, create the following button:

Reset PDQ Batch

Status Keys -> 4xx or 5xx range, "Reset PDQ BATCH", ensure it is running batch script 7.

Go into C:\\ICRTouch\\batch and ensure batch 7 is there

If not present, go to Dropbox\\PC BASED\\Batch\\Restart EFT App - TP and find the correct one.


Rename this button to Reset Dojo Link, usually coloured yellow.
