Restoring PocketTouch (Dojo Pocket Demo Mode)

PocketTouch App Reset

You would know if the app has reset by the buttons changing style, buttons along the bottom changing and not communicating with till

1. Go into Config (Config then Config again)

2. System Config

3. Change Check Master the to IP address of the site's master till and tap ok
You'd need to delete out what is currently there first

4. Still within System Config, change Socket Password to 1397 (this is the same across all sites) and tap OK
You'd need to delete out what is currently there first

5. Tap OK then OK again to return to the main screen

6. Run a Sync Till (Config -> Sync Till)
Successful Sync Till must be run before an import config can be done

7. Once finished go into Config

8. Scroll down and tap Import Config
Will display Settings Imported! message

19. Tap OK then OK again to return to the main screen
You should see all the buttons go back to normal

10. Restart the PocketTouch app (closing the app then opening again)
On Dojo Pocket you cannot restart the app so you must reboot the device entirely

11. Once loaded PocketTouch will be all ok to use

12. Grab logs - PocketTouch -> Config -> Info -> Send Logs


When doing multiple devices at once the logs will overwrite each other, meaning you'd want to grab the log once sent after each device


Copy log from Socket Config folder within ICRTouch folder on master till / sort by date modified will be called pockettouchdefublog or something similar




13. Grab the serial number
Swipe up from bottom -> tap home button -> tap Dojo -> Serial Number in bottom right
