1. Make sure touch office is closed
2. Go to where the back office is installed
3. In the Utils Folder there is a program called Pdxrbld.exe, run this as admin
4. In the Slect table to process drop down select the file that the error message says is corrupted, for example if you get the message "Corrupt index C:\Program Files(x86)\icr\tms\data\CustomerBalances.PX" you would select the customerbalances.DB in the drop down.
5. In the rebuild scope select Rebuild all tables
6. Click start, when finished you will see a erros tab appears at the top, click on this and you should see something like Fixed...
7. Close the program then open touchoffice and test a Z Reading to see if the error is fixed.
