Resetting PDQ machine & PDQ App
If the PDQ machine’s connection status is showing as connected, then the PDQ & PDQ application may need restarting
Restarting PDQ app on the till
1. Sign on to till as a Manager
2. Go to the Manager Screen
3. Tap Reset PDQ
4. Follow on-screen steps
Restarting PDQ Machine
Whilst the PDQ machine is on it’s base, press and hold the Clear and Decimal Point buttons down together
The PDQ will then restart, Wait until the READY screen is shown on the PDQ before using
