Now that the iPad has been added to our Apple Business Account we need to assign the enrollment profile to the iPad within Mosyle
This must be performed after the device has been added via Apple Configurator and before going through first time setup a second time on the iPad
(Before connecting the iPad to the internet)
1. Within Mosyle select the organization tab
2. Select Basic Setup -> Enrollment
3. Select the Enrollment profile you would like to assign to the device
4. Scroll down to 'Select the iOS/iPadOS devices that ill receive this profile'
and click 'Select'
5. Tick the checkbox next to the device you would like to assign and click the tick in the top right
6. Scroll down the Enrollment Profile settings and select Save to apply
On the iPad:
7. Go through first time setup on the iPad as you would normally
8. Upon connecting to Wi-Fi the iPad will download and apply the Enrollment Profile
9. When prompted to sign in with an Apple ID, DO NOT use our business Apple ID or a standard Apple ID
Use an Apple ID that you have created within ABM
