Customer not present refund Paymentsense

Sign on the till as manager and enter refund mode

Ring in the items you want to refund

Press pay and then press credit card

Press menu on the PQD while the amount is shown on screen

Enter the long card number and expiry date

Select customer not present Yes / No

Enter the 3 digit CSV number

finalise the transaction and a receipt will print from the PDQ
