ICRTouch Rental Code Generator Instructions

How to generate a new code:

1. Download the rental code generator from the forum

2. When prompted enter dealer seed 2899659
If prompt doesn't show click on Edit -> Settings -> Enter Dealer Seed

3. Click on Edit -> Manage a code file

4. Enter in the settings you want to apply to the new code, message shown, how many prompts etc.
Can use attached rtc file as a base by clicking on Load and select file

5. When finished click on Save As and save somewhere

6. Copy the system.rtc file you just saved and paste into ICRTouch folder on till you want the prompt to appear on, and restart TouchPoint

How to generate a passcode for key shown on till:

1. A message like this will appear on the till

2. Open the ICRTouch rental code generator program

3. In the Key field type in the key shown on the till screen

4. If you want to extend the code tick the Extension box and type in how many days you would like to extend the code by, if not leave extension unticked

5. Click on Generate Pass Code

6. Press Ok on the message on the till and copy and paste the pass code
Note: if the payment code has fully expired it seems to prompt for a payment code to be entered twice with a different key. Once passcode has been entered the second time it then won't prompt again
