Running report issues (TouchPoint)

Each business runs an end of day report every day or so in order to keep track of sales from each department and any other details that an end of day may hold.


There are a number of issues that can occur we when running the report. An example if an issue is running out out of paper half way through the printing. This can cause the report to clear out when trying to print the report again so that now means that you aren't getting the correct report any longer. 


How to solve issue:


Manage screen> Stored reports > Select the correct report (Most likely the top, most recent one in this case) -> Click the printer icon



If there aren't any Z reports one a specific day that have been printed out but the customer now wants a report for that day, the best way to go about with this would be by checking if there are any X reports on the requested day, you will then be able to reduce the numbers from that X report from the following days Z report in order to figure out the numbers they would've had on their Z report that requested day. This then gives you a Z report for that day.
