Steps on how to collect the program changes from your local master program as well as sending them down onto the sites master program in order to update the whole site.

Receiving Changes:

Once all keyboard and programming changes have been made to the correct site accordingly, changes will now have to be collected into the ICRcomm which will pull the PLU file from your master program. Make sure to use the the ICRcomm from the provided rout not the standard one off your computer.

ICRcomm File Rout

Dropbox\CUSTOMER FILES\Sam Smiths\PC Based Programming\Food/Drink Changes\ICRComm

1. Once this folder has been opened, click on "Received.bat" while having the master program running in order for the changes to be collected from the correct program.

2. Make a .Zip copy of the whole Comm folder.

Now that the changes have been received, there will now be a new "PLU.csv" file found in the comm folder which is what will be sent over into the sites master till.

Sending Changes:

Now that the programming changes have been collected and can be seen in local the Comm folder, the changes are now ready to be sent down into the sites.

1. Open up the Comm folder of the till that is saved under "Send Changes"

2. Unzip the zip file that you have copied  from your local master program.

3. Open the "PLU.csv" file remove all the drinks from the file if you are only sending down food changes or remove the food if you sending down drink changes.

4. Click on "Send Changes.bat" while having the sites master program running so that the changes can then link back to the correct site.

5. Wait for the changes to be sent down and then make sure to test out the prices.
