Door entry import - old style touch office

Site make customer additions/changes in touch office back office

Site sends changes to touchpoint by communication > tick customer > direct send

Once completed on desktop there is a door entry import button which is an autoit script

Run this and pc will be controlled by auto it.

Mainly:

ICRCOM to grab customer file and then move it in to a certain column order (i think)

Opens up net2 utility

Imports and pastes in the file location of the above customer file for importing

Deletes existing membership data base in net2 - it does this as otherwise the existing token remains in the database (i think)

Known Errors:

"String not recognized" when importing into net2.

This was caused by site not selecting/ticking expiry date on a customer. Found by opening the csv file that is collected from icrcom and seeing the data column had 000000000 which net2 error'd on.
