When there's no local users on a device, launching the IVMS application will prompt you to create an account.
The details you should use are the following:

Usernames are case-sensitive on Hikvision meaning you should have the following users:

This, you should document in the following spreadsheet:

Once logged in, you can click on "Online Devices" to get a list of devices on the network. This should bring up the NVR for the site, which you can click on then "Add" (Using the same credentials as before).
You must create two users to IVMS, excluding the admin one.
You can create users by signing in as admin, going to System -> User Management -> Add User (Plus Icon).
1) site
- This should have access to live view & Exit ONLY. Clicking ON live view will bring up all the devices they can have live view TO, you should only click available cameras.
- No other permissions should be given
2) ARE
- This can have access to everything except for settings. This means "Settings" and "User Configuration" should be unticked.
- !Please note that you will have to click into the setting to assign which camera they have these for!
3) Document the credentials you generated in the Excel sheet.
