Adding a new User

  • Select the Users tab at the top of Ticket System

You should now be on the User Directory page

  • Press Add User
  • Enter in the details of the person calling - ask for an email address if possible
  • Press Add User at the bottom right
  • When you are brought to the User page, press Add Organization, then search for the users organization name - when prompted, select it, and press Continue
