Exporting Tickets

You can export a list of tickets closed since a certain date following these steps. If you are tallying up support time use you would run this since you last did the export.


  1. Click the Tickets button on the navigation bar

  2. When the Tickets page loads, hover over Closed, then click on Closed After Date

  3. When this loads, press the Cog icon, then press Edit

  4. On the window that pops up, click on the Close Date After dd/mm/yyyy, then click on the calendar icon to open up a date picker

  5. Using the date picker, select the date you last exported tickets from, then press done, then press save.
  6. When it says Search updated successfully, exit the pop-up window, then click the Closed After Date page title

  7. The page will reload and will show you only the tickets since the date you have specified.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and press Export. A pop-up window will appear.

  9. All the checkboxes will be preset so you should not need to change these. Press the Export button at the bottom right of the pop-up window.

  10. A file will be saved to your Downloads folder. Open the file in Excel.

  11. Once open, press File, then Save As, then press Browse
  12. Find the usual folder you save these spreadsheets to, and select Save as Type: Excel Workbook on the drop-down list.
