You can export a list of tickets closed since a certain date following these steps. If you are tallying up support time use you would run this since you last did the export.
- Click the Tickets button on the navigation bar
- When the Tickets page loads, hover over Closed, then click on Closed After Date
- When this loads, press the Cog icon, then press Edit
- On the window that pops up, click on the Close Date After dd/mm/yyyy, then click on the calendar icon to open up a date picker
- Using the date picker, select the date you last exported tickets from, then press done, then press save.
- When it says Search updated successfully, exit the pop-up window, then click the Closed After Date page title
- The page will reload and will show you only the tickets since the date you have specified.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and press Export. A pop-up window will appear.
- All the checkboxes will be preset so you should not need to change these. Press the Export button at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
- A file will be saved to your Downloads folder. Open the file in Excel.
- Once open, press File, then Save As, then press Browse
- Find the usual folder you save these spreadsheets to, and select Save as Type: Excel Workbook on the drop-down list.
