- Press the Tickets tab at the top of the page
- Press New Ticket
- Search for a callers name, if it appears, press the name and then Continue
If a user does not appear, view the FAQ on Adding a new User
For a multiple (IE: Samuel Smith's or Laine Pub Co.) select the Site as the User, and then add any contact details to the Contact Details section - Help Topic can be set to New Ticket to be changed by Support
- Enter the required fields highlighted in bold (Time to Resolve can be left blank)
- When the details are entered, press Enter to save the ticket - the support team will automatically be notified to a new ticket
