Raising a new Ticket

  1. Press the Tickets tab at the top of the page
  2. Press New Ticket
  3. Search for a callers name, if it appears, press the name and then Continue
    If a user does not appear, view the FAQ on Adding a new User

    For a multiple (IE: Samuel Smith's or Laine Pub Co.) select the Site as the User, and then add any contact details to the Contact Details section
  4. Help Topic can be set to New Ticket to be changed by Support
  5. Enter the required fields highlighted in bold (Time to Resolve can be left blank)
  6. When the details are entered, press Enter to save the ticket - the support team will automatically be notified to a new ticket
