Transferring a ticket to different customer

If a ticket is assigned to the wrong customer - it can be changed with the following steps:

  1. Open the ticket detail page
  2. Where the currently assigned user is listed, shown below

  3. Press the CHANGE USER button in the window that appears
  4. Search for the correct user to assign the ticket to
  5. When asked for confirmation, press OK
  6. The ticket will be reassigned to the correct user
