TOW - Scheduled Email

Requires TOW+


Allows users of TOW to receive daily/weekly/monthly emails sent to their email address registered to their TOW login.


Adding a user to an email already being sent


1. Sign into TOW

2. Reports 

3. Scheduled

4. Click on the number next to a report that is already being sent and take a screen shot of their settings.

5. Return back to the main scheduled report screen

6. New


- Select the user who will receive the email


- Select the report that will be sent (this is where you have made a note of the report being used, ensure it is exactly the same name, these will show at the top of the list under saved reports)


- Adjust which sites will be included in the report


a saved report will prefill the date period and time period for you (greyed out)


- Looking at the screnshot you made, change the triggered, scheduled days, scheduled months, scheduled time the same and make it active


7. Press Save




Creating a new email to be sent


1. Sign into TOW

2. Reports 

3. Scheduled


If there are daily/weekly reports already being sent (all be it, different reports) it is worth clicking on them so you can see the settings (time/day it is being sent etc.) - Click on the number next to a report that is already being sent and take a screen shot of their settings.


5. Return back to the main scheduled report screen

6. New


- Select the user who will receive the email


- Select the report that will be sent 


- Select filters if it needs to send only particular plu group info/department info etc.


- Adjust which sites will be included in the report


- Select format (generally PDF as it looks nicer but csv if they want to amend/change/copy/edit the data)


Date period: From = Yesterday and To = Today

Time period: 0600 - 0559


- If you have a screenshot from another report copy the settings for triggered, scheduled days, scheduled months, scheduled time the same and make it active
