Deposit will still show on their report
Following steps needs to be done to perform a refund:
- Change TRN Key 19 to a Received on Account Key
- Use this key in Refund Mode to refund the incorrect amount
- Change TRN Key 19 back to a Deposit Key
ONLY AFTER THIS can you delete the record from the actual reservations page
