3300-3500 program resetting

For 3500:

1. Reset switch can be found on the left hand side of the till
2. Switch this off, and the till screen will go black
3. Switch this back on and the till will load to an option for Program Reset / Master Reset
4. Program Reset
5. You'll be brought to SRV mode, press Cancel to return to Trading

For 3300:

1. Reset switch can be found at the rear of the till
2. Remove the rear cover
3. On the edge of the green board
4. If a customer display is fitted you must go underneath this.

After a program reset on all models, automatic receipts will be switched back on. Also, on multi-till systems, an open store command must be sent from the master till via PGM2 -> Open Store
