            PC Based: Run as admin on startup

            1. Create a task that executes the program, set this to run with highest privileges, and have no trigger
            2. Create a shortcut with the following:
              C:\Windows\System32\schtasks.exe /run /tn "TASKNAMEHERE"
            3. Add the shortcut to shell:startup folder
