For the Check Busy issue you are experiencing, this would generally be caused by a till losing power while a table is open. You can follow these steps if you do get Check Busy:

  1. Sign on as Manager, go to the Manager Screen then press ACTIVE CLERKS
  2. If any clerks are listed, sign on to each of them and check if they have the table open. This is shown at the top right corner (CHECK No. XXX)
  3. If the table is open, press SAVE
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 until it says "No active clerks" when you press the ACTIVE CLERKS button
  5. If you are still getting "Check Busy" and the button shows "No active clerks", press SIGN OFF, then the HOME button, then press MANAGEMENT
  6. Sign on using your manager code
  7. Press NETWORK SCAN, then select 2. CHECK BUSY RESET
  8. Enter in the number of the table that is showing "CHECK BUSY", then press ENTER
  9. Press HOME, then SALES MODE, sign on, and try the table again
It is important to follow steps 1-4 before using the check busy reset tool as if this is used incorrectly it can result in a table being duplicated and your figures for the day being skewed.
