For the Check Busy issue you are experiencing, this would generally be caused by a till losing power while a table is open. You can follow these steps if you do get Check Busy:
- Sign on as Manager, go to the Manager Screen then press ACTIVE CLERKS
- If any clerks are listed, sign on to each of them and check if they have the table open. This is shown at the top right corner (CHECK No. XXX)
- If the table is open, press SAVE
- Repeat steps 1-3 until it says "No active clerks" when you press the ACTIVE CLERKS button
- If you are still getting "Check Busy" and the button shows "No active clerks", press SIGN OFF, then the HOME button, then press MANAGEMENT
- Sign on using your manager code
- Press NETWORK SCAN, then select 2. CHECK BUSY RESET
- Enter in the number of the table that is showing "CHECK BUSY", then press ENTER
- Press HOME, then SALES MODE, sign on, and try the table again
